Ownership of content and licensing

The texts, illustrations and structure of this site are the work of doliFARM and are published under a Creative Commons Attribution – ShareAlike 4.0 licence (CC BY-SA 4.0): they may be reused, translated and adapted, including in professional settings, provided the source is credited and the same licence is kept.

Software is a separate matter. doliFARM is not a single program but a set of components, and each one declares its own licence in its own repository: that is where it should be checked, not on this page. Components built on top of Dolibarr follow its terms. Any third-party trademarks, names and logos mentioned belong to their respective owners.

The data and information published here are descriptive and informative: they are provided as they are, with no guarantee of completeness or of being current at any particular date, and do not constitute technical, agronomic or legal advice.

Cookies: there are none

This site sets no cookies: no technical, analytics, profiling or third-party cookies. There is no banner to dismiss because there is nothing to consent to.

It uses one form of browser memory only, session storage (sessionStorage). If you arrive from a QR code or from an address carrying a campaign code, that code stays there for as long as the tab is open, so a message written ten minutes later remains linked to the conference or material you came from. It holds no identifier for the person, no other site can read it, and it disappears when the tab is closed.

How we measure visits

We measure traffic ourselves, on our own server, without Google Analytics and without any external service. For each page opened and each click on the main buttons we record the page path, the language, the domain name only of the site you came from, a coarse classification of the device (mobile or desktop, browser family) and the campaign code, if any.

The IP address is never written anywhere. The server uses it at two moments and then discards it: to derive the country and city from a geolocation database installed on our own machine — no external service is queried, the address never leaves the server — and to compute a code that changes every day, useful only to tell two different visits apart within the same day. That code cannot be reversed and cannot be compared across days: the same person returning tomorrow counts as a new visit, deliberately.

The result is an aggregate count — how many pages viewed, from which countries, in which languages — not a profile. We do not follow anyone from page to page over time, we do not build audiences, we pass nothing to third parties and we run no advertising.

The contact form

When you write through the form we collect what you enter — name, email address, organisation if you give one, the message and the category you choose — together with the page and any campaign you arrived from. This is used to reply to you and to understand where enquiries come from. The legal basis is the consent you give by ticking the box, together with the legitimate interest in following up a contact you initiated yourself.

Messages arrive in our mailbox and are kept for as long as the exchange has a reason to exist. They are not used for promotional mailings and are not passed to anyone. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.

Links to other sites

No page on this site loads resources from third-party domains: no remote fonts, no scripts, no embedded video, no tracking pixels. Everything your browser downloads to display these pages comes from dolifarm.com.

Some text links do lead elsewhere: our GitHub space, the research programmes cited, and the scientific sources in the research section. These are links you open yourself; from that point the terms and policies of the destination sites apply, and we have no control over them.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, receive a copy of it, and withdraw at any time the consent given through the form. In practice, the data that concerns you personally is what the contact form collects: traffic statistics are aggregated and contain nothing that could lead back to you.

To exercise these rights, write to info@dolifarm.com. If you believe the processing is not lawful, you may contact the data protection authority in your country; for Belgium this is the Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.
