Farm software can do far more than digitise a single activity

Many farms still work with information scattered across paper logbooks, spreadsheets, specialised applications and separate management systems. doliFARM exists to reduce that fragmentation and create continuity between what happens in the field, the processes of the business, and its relationships with networks and territories.

The goal is not to add yet another tool, but to make sure data and activities can be organised once and reused across several steps of farm management.

doliFARM supports the digitisation of farming activities and the organisation of business information, with the aim of creating a more continuous flow between field and enterprise.

Activities, production, data, traceability, batches, stock and administrative processes can be read as parts of the same system, reducing double entry and manual handovers.

The approach is designed both for farms and for agronomists and advisors who work with several holdings and need to organise data and processes coherently.

Bio-districts and territories

Digital tools for bio-districts, farm networks and territorial systems

A bio-district or a territorial network does not simply manage individual farms: it has to connect people, information, projects and shared objectives.

doliFARM can support these settings by creating digital environments in which multi-farm data, activities, reporting and collaboration are organised while keeping a common view of the territory.

The aim is to encourage tools that are replicable and locally governable, so that each territorial project does not become an isolated system.

Technology becomes a support for collaboration and learning, rather than an end in itself.

doliFARM works with universities, research bodies, territories and project partners to develop and test digital tools applied to agriculture, food systems and the agroecological transition.

Research projects, Living Labs and field trials become opportunities to test methods, integrate data and turn project results into reusable capabilities and tools.

The aim is a stable bridge between research and application, so that knowledge, prototypes and data do not stay confined to a single project.

doliFARM works at the intersection of these four worlds. The aim is that a piece of information can gain value beyond the point where it was generated, reducing fragmentation and improving the capacity to coordinate.

Digitising without creating new silos

doliFARM starts from a clear orientation: technology should increase an organisation’s ability to govern its own processes and its own data, not create new dependencies. That is why the approach favours interoperability, data continuity and the ability to integrate different tools and actors.

Interoperability: Connecting different data, applications and processes to reduce duplication and make information exchange simpler.
Autonomy: Supporting a use of data that remains governable by the organisation and can follow the evolution of its processes.
Collaboration: Designing tools that are useful not only to the individual farm, but also to advisors, cooperatives, networks, territories and communities.
